Stephen Ministry – Our group of trained Stephen Ministers meet occasionally to compare ministry notes (confidentiality is kept), and make plans for how to improve care of members and others in the Twin Cities area.  This is a trained group, who have a connection with persons who are experiencing loss, illness or other needs.  They provide a listening ear and help to bring hope and healing on a regular basis to their persons.  If you are interested in being trained as a Stephen Minister please contact Kathy Westergard or June Butler, our coordinators.  Also, contact Kathy if you yourself, or a loved one, have a temporary or long-term need for a spiritual caregiver, and she will assign/connect you with one of the Stephen Ministers.

Care Groups– The congregation is divided among leaders who keep track of the lives of those on their “Care List.”  If you would like to have a list of people to keep track of – sending cards, checking on them when absent, praying, etc., please contact Pastor Karla.  The team “leaders” meet on occasion to compare lists, redistribute, etc. so that no one is left out.
