Call to Worship

Led by Aric Fisher

You can follow the words to this Call and
the Opening Prayer, below this video window.

Leader:     I was glad when they said to me,
let us go to meet the Living God.
People:     This is the day when we rejoice
                 in God’s act of creation.

Leader:     This is our Sabbath, when we rejoice in
the resurrection of Jesus the Christ.
People:     We give thanks that once more,
God has brought us together in this way,
                  that we might refresh ourselves.

Leader:     Peace to all this day and every day,
in the name of Jesus Christ.  Amen

Opening Prayer

We reach out to you, God,
in our believing and in our doubting.
We reach out to you with
our dreams, our songs, and our listening.
We know you have already reached out to us
before we even thought about reaching out to you
so we come to you giving you thanks today.  Amen.

Prayers of the People

                Rev. Karla Fredericksen

The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and glory forever. Amen.
